Terms and Conditions

•    Rate includes breakfast.
•    City tax of 5% will be added to the room price.
•    Flipper hotel is a non smoking hotel, there for smoking is not allowed in the hotel’s areas and rooms. Smoking is allowed in the
     Garden which is open during the hours 06:00 to 23:00. Smoking is also allowed out side of the hotel.
•    Children up to 4 years old stay complimentary in the parent’s room. Extra mattress is available with an extra charge of 25 Euro per
     night.
•    Pets are not allowed.
•    Credit card details are needed to guarantee the reservation. The credit card details will not be used unless a late cancellation or no
     show will happened. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to the arrival day.
•    Payments can be made by cash or credit card. The following credit cards are acceptable: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
     debit cards. Please note the payment with credit cards are subject to additional 5% bank fee on the total amount.
•    Reservation security – All online reservations are absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and processed in a secure way.
•    Cancellation policy – reservation can be cancelled with no charge up to 6 days before the arrival date. Cancellations that will be
     made 5 days before the arrival date are subject to 2 night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations that will be made 4 days before the
     arrival date are subject to 3 night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations up to 3 nights before the arrival date or no shows are subject to
     full payment.
